It is wonderful to have finally found a service that I can rely on to get me to and from the airport at any time of the day or night! My travel schedule is hectic and the last thing I need is to worry about whether the driver will be on time. NEVER a concern with you! My return flights have arrived at the airport earlier or later than scheduled, and you are always there for me. Reliable, professional, polite, responsive, clean, on time – everything I look for!

You guys do such consistently good work!! Our consultant, was very pleased that you were able to accommodate him last minute yesterday when he switched to an earlier flight from San Jose to San Diego. He jumped on the plane and they took off and he wasn’t able to tell me until in-flight he would be earlier. He asked if Citi Transportation could pick him up earlier I said I would call but I didn’t know if you had enough notice to respond.
Well, you guys were terrific and said yes you could!! It worked out perfectly! Thank you. He also said that your drivers are terrific and he appreciates the fine service.
